1.  What is SIMplicity?

SIMplicity is our new concept of Move It, Store It, and Simplify It.

When moving, you just need make a phone call and pack your belongings - at your pace. We handle all the logistics. We deliver the SIM Container Trailer, we move the SIM Container Trailer and we pick up the SIM  Container Trailer to return it to our warehouse.  You have your SIM Container for at least a month to move.

For storage, you just need to make a phone call and the SIM Container Trailer will be delivered to your site/location. SIMplicity means we can deliver the SIM Container to any location that you need.

2.  Are the SIM Containers Secure?

Our SIM Containers are made of steel and cannot be moved without our SIM truck.  Once on your site, you will need to provide your own locks for the doors.

3.  Are the SIM Containers water resistant?

Yes, our containers are water resistant.  In fact, some of them can even float.

4.  When moving, how long do I have the SIM Container?

All SIM Containers are rented by the month.  Thus, you can have the SIM Container for at least a month or as long as you need it. This time frame includes packing, moving to the new location and then unpacking.

5.  When can I expect delivery of my SIM Container?

All SIM Containers are delivered by SIM personnel seven days a week between the hours of 12:00 noon and 8:00 PM.  Delivery arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance for scheduling purposes.  A same day delivery charge may be added to the standard delivery charge if less than 48 hours advance notice is given for a delivery.

6.  If I do not have room for one of these containers on my property, do you have storage facilities that we can use?

Yes.  We do have a warehouse with indoor temperature control storage, located at:

We can store your moving container for any period of time and the container trailer will hold only your belongings. When you need the container trailer back, we will deliver it to your location.  We are also in the process of installing a web camera so you can check on the status of your container.
