1.  What is SIMplicity?

SIMplicity is our new concept of Move It, Store It, and Simplify It.

When moving, you just need make a phone call and pack your belongings - at your pace. We handle all the logistics. We deliver the SIM Container Trailer, we move the SIM Container Trailer to wherever you specify and we pick up the SIM Container Trailer.  You have your SIM Container Trailer for as long as you need to move.

For on your site storage only, you just need to make a phone call and the SIM Container Trailer will be delivered to your site/location.  SIMplicity means we deliver the SIM Container Trailer to any location that you need.

2.  Are the SIM Container Trailers Secure?

Our SIM Container Trailers are made of steel and cannot be moved without our SIM truck.  Once on your site, you will need to provide two of your your own locks for the two doors.  The friendly SIM drivers also have locks for sale at your site.

3.  Are the SIM Container Trailers water resistant?

Yes, our SIM Container Trailers are water resistant.  In fact, some of them can even float.

4.  How long can I have the SIM Container Trailers?

In short, for as long as you need.  All SIM Container Trailers are rented by the month, there is no long term commitment or balloon payments.  Thus, you keep the SIM Container Trailers for at least a month or as long as you need. This time frame includes packing, moving to the new location and then unpacking.

5.  When can I expect delivery of my SIM Container Trailers?

All SIM Container Trailers are delivered by friendly and courteous SIM personnel seven days a week between the hours of 10:00 AM and Dark.  Delivery arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance for scheduling purposes.  A same day delivery charge may be added to the standard delivery charge if less than 48 hours advance notice is given for a delivery.

6.  If I do not have room for one of these containers on my property, do you have storage facilities that we can use?

Yes.  We do have a warehouse with indoor heated storage, located at:

We can store your SIM Container Trailer for any period of time and the SIM Container Trailer will hold only your belongings. When you need the container trailer back, we will deliver it to your new location.  We are also in the process of installing a web camera so you can check on the status of your container.
